Pre-Employment Test
Purpose: Our online Administrative Assistant / Clerical Test will identify Administrative Assistant candidates with the appropriate personality and clerical skills to serve as first-level gatekeeper of your entire company, or top-level for a single executive. This test will identify if they have the personality fit for being successful at a variety of job duties, including conducting and tracking telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. It will also give you a way to determine if a candidate has the communication skills required for the role. It’s useful for administrative assistants, sales and marketing assistants with administrative duties, department assistants, coordinators, associates, and more.
About This Test: This test will take most candidates approximately 60 minutes. It consists of 3 parts:
- An untimed personality assessment
- An untimed Filing Aptitude Test
- An untimed Grammar & Spelling Test
What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
