Pre-Employment Test
Purpose:
When you are seeking your next skilled trainee associate, RA’s Apprentice Tests will help you find candidates who are reliable and quick to learn. A curated personality profile measures behaviors such as work ethic, team orientation and openness to feedback, along with enthusiasm, flexibility and trustworthiness. Other traits assess stress tolerance and the ability to follow instructions while gradually taking initiative. The addition of targeted aptitude tests evaluate general mental agility, mechanical reasoning, math skills and attention to detail.

What the Report Gives You:
A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
