Pre-Employment Test
Purpose: This Architect Test is designed to help you find a career-minded, personality fit for an open Architect position. Architects are part of the team of people who build the world we live in. Even if it isn’t a world-class, award-winning project, an architect will be involved in any space where we work, play, learn, shop, and eat. You may look to hire an experienced architect who has years of successful projects under their belts. Perhaps you are looking for one who is greener; either fresh out of college or an internship. Whether looking for a fresh or experienced candidate who is required to design anything from a single room to an entire complex of buildings, it’s important you find someone who is the right personality fit for the job. This test will help you identify Architects who have the right mindset for their career. Architects who demonstrate the ability to work hard, who are loyal, who are dependable team players rather the solo flyers, and who are consummate professionals that will serve your clients well.
