Pre-Employment Test
Purpose:
Consider this test when hiring an auditor – either external or internal to the company. RA’s Auditor Test screens for characteristics such as investigating and documenting large amounts of information; being thorough and proficient at managing details; working well with others; and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders. Ideally, you want an auditor who has the intelligence, initiative and natural inquisitiveness to find and expose problems where they exist.
About This Test:
What the Report Gives You:
A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
