Pre-Employment Test
Purpose: When hiring an Auditor to conduct financial, operational, information system or compliance audits—either external or internal to the company—you need an individual who can effectively investigate and document large amounts of information. They should be thorough and proficient at managing details. In addition, they should have the interpersonal skills and confidence to extract necessary data, work with others, and report findings to stakeholders. Ideally, you want an auditor who has the courage to speak up when they see evidence of mismanagement or fraud. Someone who has the intelligence, initiative and natural inquisitiveness to find and expose problems where they exist.
