Purpose:
RA’s Bank Manager Tests will identify candidates with the mental ability to learn quickly, handle and process large information loads, and make decisions based on complex information. In addition, these tests will reveal if the candidate has the leadership qualities necessary to direct the work of others, make decisions efficiently and in an ethical manner, stay on top of the work in his/her department, and promote a service-minded environment.

What the Report Gives You:
A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, an explanation of aptitude results, a display of narrative responses given to the open-ended statements, and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
