Pre-Employment Test
Purpose: This pre-employment personality and aptitude test identifies candidates who have the mental ability to learn quickly, handle a large information load efficiently, and make good decisions based on complex information. In addition, the broker / relationship manager test finds candidates with the leadership qualities necessary to direct the work of others and create a quality- and service-minded culture, stay on top of activities, motivate employees, and focus on productivity indices, Candidates who score well will also have good interpersonal skills necessary to create and maintain good relationships with clients.
About the Test: This test battery takes approximately 60-75 minutes to complete and has three parts.
- An untimed personality inventory
- A test of general cognitive aptitude (with an equal number of items for verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)
- Open-ended statements in which the candidate must type short answers.
What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of scores of areas covered, explanation of aptitude results, list of strengths and developmental concerns, display of the narrative comments given to the open-ended statements, and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process: Online personality testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
