Purpose:
RA’s Buyer Tests will identify candidates with the ability to work with details, build positive relationships and deal with vendors either by phone or in person. Best fit employees will be achievement motivated and understand how to negotiate rates that are advantageous to your company. In addition, these tests will reveal if candidates have the qualities necessary to influence others, make decisions efficiently and in an ethical manner, and promote a service-minded environment.

What the Report Gives You:
A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.

Target Group:
