Purpose:

The Camp Counselor Test identifies candidates who have enthusiasm and integrity, along with an ability to work well with children of varying ages and developmental levels while still following camp policies. They need good managerial skills to oversee program activities; and the ability to delegate to and work with supervisors to establish a collaborative environment and sense of belonging.

About This Test:

This test will take most candidates approximately 20-30 minutes. It consists of 1 part:

  • An untimed personality assessment

What the Report Gives You:

A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process:

  • Immediate score report upon completion.
  • Proctoring desirable but not required.
  • The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
