Purpose:
RA’s Child Care Worker / Youth Group Leader tests will help you identify effective candidates who enjoy working with children while keeping them safe and helping them grow. A targeted personality trait profile evaluates whether the candidate is likely to be patient, kind, trustworthy and vigilant. The addition of an aptitude test component will assess an individual’s ability to learn quickly, solve problems and handle multiple tasks.

Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
