Pre-Employment Test
Purpose: The Chiropractic Assistant Test is designed to help you find a Chiropractic Assistant who fills a variety of roles. They need to be customer-oriented. They need to be empathetic to patients, and care for each one as if they are family. They should have similar philosophies to your own. They should be experienced and hard-working. About This Test: This test will take most candidates approximately 45-60 minutes. It consists of 3 parts:
- An untimed personality assessment
- An untimed Filing Aptitude Test
- An untimed Grammar & Spelling Test
What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
