Pre-Employment Test

Purpose: The Chiropractic Assistant Test is designed to help you find a Chiropractic Assistant who fills a variety of roles. They need to be customer-oriented. This online personality test helps you find the right candidates for your Chiropractic practice!

About This Test: This test will take most candidates approximately 45-60 minutes. It consists of 3 parts:

• An untimed personality assessment
• An untimed Filing Aptitude Test
• An untimed Grammar & Spelling Test

What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process:

• Immediate score report upon completion.
• Proctoring desirable but not required.
• The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
