Pre-Employment Test
Purpose: The Clerical Speed and Accuracy Test uses a classic approach to measuring a candidate’s ability to read last and first names quickly, compare each set to identify errors, and make simple decisions. The test can be used with good results where the position requires a lot of paperwork, and where both processing speed and minimizing errors are important.
About This Test: This is a 7-minute timed Clerical Speed & Accuracy test.
High Scorers: Employment candidates scoring high on the test are quick to process information, and they do not make many errors.
Low Scorers: Candidates scoring low are somewhat slow in completing their work, and they tend to make more errors than expected.
What the Report Gives You: Aptitude scores and interpretation guidance.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
