Purpose:

Collections is a tough business, and you need collections specialists who have the right temperament and savvy to get the job done and make sure payments are being made. Our online Credit and Collections Specialist Test will help you identify candidates with the personality suited for collections work. Personality traits include persistence, an ability to bond with a customer, empathy but not sympathy, the ability to put the right amount and right kind of assertive pressure on the customer to resolve their debt, and the intelligence to maneuver around delicate debtor situations.

About This Test:

This test will take most candidates approximately 40-50 minutes. It consists of 2 parts:

  • An untimed personality assessment
  • An untimed General Cognitive Aptitude Test (includes verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)

What the Report Gives You:

A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process:

  • Immediate score report upon completion.
  • Proctoring desirable but not required.
  • The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
