Dispatcher Test
Good communicators who can think quickly and keep units and fleets running smoothly can be identified using our Dispatcher test.
Pre-Employment Test
Purpose: Find a dispatcher who is calm, confident, and has the ability to communicate clearly with our online Dispatcher Test. Dispatchers must have the mental ability to handle a large information load, process information quickly, and make decisions based on complex information. This online personality and aptitude test ensures you hire candidates with the right personality suited to handle your dispatch work. The Dispatcher Test also identifies candidates who are easy to get along with and slow to anger, dependable, strong willed and forceful, confident, stable, enjoys working with people, cheerful with positive attitudes, good team player, and hard working.
About the Test: This test takes about 45 minutes to complete and contains two sections:
- An untimed personality test
- An untimed general cognitive aptitude test (equally divided among verbal, reasoning, and abstract reasoning)
What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of scores of areas covered (see chart), explanation of aptitude results, list of strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process: Online personality testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
