Pre-Employment Test
Purpose:
Find a dispatcher who stays calm, communicates clearly, and inspires confidence with one of RA’s Dispatcher Tests. A personality trait profile assesses best fit traits for these roles, such as conscientiousness, teamwork, customer responsiveness, cordiality, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. The addition of a general mental aptitude component assesses problem-solving, quick thinking and new learning capabilities.

What the Report Gives You:

Target Group:
