Purpose: The Document Control Technician / Records Management Technician Test identifies candidates who can deal with routine office assignments involving document management. Document control techs or records managers like the technical nature of the job and behave in a stable, even-tempered manner, without getting bored due to minimal social stimulation. This test also identifies candidates who can adapt to your office environment and your company culture. This test is designed for to identify personality-fit candidates who may not have a history of formal education and whose jobs are not overly challenging.

About This Test: This test will take most candidates approximately 30 minutes. It consists of 2 parts:

  • An untimed personality assessment
  • A 12-minute timed General Reasoning Test

What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process:

  • Immediate score report upon completion.
  • Proctoring desirable but not required.
  • The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
