Pre-Employment Test
Purpose: RA’s Draftsman/Drafting Technician Test is useful for screening potential employees who will be tasked with preparing diagrams, drawings and layouts for a variety of projects including those related to architecture, construction, machinery and infrastructure. These technicians ensure that drawings comply with company specs and industry best standards and practices.
About This Test: This test will take most candidates approximately 30 minutes. It consists of 3 parts:
- An untimed personality assessment
- A 7-minute timed 2D Form Pattern Recognition Test
- A 5-minute timed 3D Spatial Reasoning Test
What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
