Pre-Employment Test
Purpose: Hiring teachers aides involves critical decisions. About the Test: This test, although untimed, takes approximately 60-75 minutes to complete and contains 2 parts:
- An untimed personality test
- A untimed test of general cognitive aptitude (questions evenly divided between verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning.)
When to Use It: Use this test to evaluate candidates expected to provide a support function in educational settings but whose responsibilities include oversight and supervision for children.
What the Report Gives You: graphical display of scores of areas covered, narrative interpretation of aptitude results, list of strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process: Online personality testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
