Pre-Employment Test



Purpose: The Emergency Medical Technician II (EMT) Test screens for problem-solving ability and work-related behaviors of employees who are tasked with emergency response, patient treatment and transport.

About This Test: This test will take most candidates approximately 30-40 minutes. It consists of 2 parts:

  • An untimed personality assessment
  • A 12-minute timed General Reasoning Test

What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process:

  • Immediate score report upon completion.
  • Proctoring desirable but not required.
  • The use of mobile phones is discouraged.

Target Group: We recommend using this test for EMT’s, Medical Assistants, Emergency Medical Responders, Paramedics and Firefighters working in a variety of medical settings such as private ambulance services, fire departments, hospitals, volunteer agencies, or other rescue services.
