Pre-Employment Test



Purpose: Hiring an engineer today can be challenging. There are a lot of candidates of enormously varying engineering qualifications. Our Engineering Test I – an online personality test and engineering aptitude test – helps hiring managers find top candidates. It will help you identify the person who can communicate well, be a strong team player, adapt well to your company procedures and culture, work hard, and have the mental ability to handle intellectually challenging job duties.

About This Test: This test will take most candidates approximately 45-60 minutes. It consists of 2 parts:

  • An untimed personality assessment
  • An untimed General Cognitive Aptitude Test (includes verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)

What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process:

  • Immediate score report upon completion.
  • Proctoring desirable but not required.
  • The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
