We offer five personality and aptitude tests for engineers, tailored to meet your pre-employment testing needs. Test batteries range from basic questions to multi-answer and open-statement questions.
Purpose: Hiring an engineer can be challenging. There are myriad candidates of enormously varying engineering qualifications. What the Engineer II Report Gives You: Graphical display of scores, explanation of aptitude results, list of strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.
About Test II: This test has three untimed parts, and takes approximately two hours to complete.
- An untimed personality assessment
- A test of general cognitive aptitude (equally divided among verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)
- Open-ended statements to which the candidate has to type in a short answer.
