A curated personality profile assesses key traits such as detail-mindedness, adaptability, team orientation, interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure – even in the face of the unexpected. The addition of a general cognitive aptitude component measures problem-solving, quick-thinking and reasoning abilities.
