Pre-Employment Test
Purpose: RA’s Event Planner Test is useful for screening potential employees who will be tasked with planning, organizing and overseeing the successful execution of events and special occasions. This test will help you find detail-minded individuals who can adapt quickly and effectively problem solve while staying calm under pressure – even in the face of the unexpected. The most successful candidates will also be good time managers, able to work alone or collaboratively, and possess the interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers.
About This Test: This test will take most candidates approximately 30-40 minutes. It consists of 2 parts:
- An untimed personality assessment
- An untimed General Cognitive Aptitude Test (includes verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)
What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
Target Group: Along with Event Planner positions, we recommend using this test for Banquet Manager, Wedding Planner, Promotions Coordinator, Event Manager, Events Specialist, Marketing Events Planner, Special Events Coordinator, Event Management Coordinator, Director of Special Events, and Meeting Planner, among other roles where planning, coordinating and executing large scale projects and events are core responsibilities.
