Purpose: Executives and managers are overwhelmingly busy in this day and age. They need to prove most of their time is spent on the big picture to prove their value. So how do all the other details get taken care of? That’s where a talented Executive Assistant comes in.

You need to hire an executive assistant to be the face and voice of your management and your organization to the world. A high performing Executive Assistant must have the drive to go beyond what’s expected, the confidence that allows leadership to keep moving forward, exceptional organizational skills, and strong intellectual ability. About the Test: This test has four parts and takes candidates approximately 60-70 minutes.

  • An untimed personality assessment
  • A timed clerical speed and accuracy test
  • An untimed test of general cognitive aptitude (equally divided among verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)
  • An untimed grammar & spelling test

What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of scores of areas covered (see chart), explanation of aptitude results, list of strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process: Online personality testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
