Executive / Senior Manager
This more advanced test is to help find candidates with the personality to become a powerful, effective, and well-regarded leader of an organization.
Pre-Employment Test
Purpose:
RA’s series of Executive/Senior Manager tests can help find candidates with leadership talent. A personality component identifies individuals who can strategize a positive future for the company, inspire and manage the work of others to reach challenging goals, work collaboratively to produce innovative solutions, and build effective alliances with key constituents. A test of general mental ability measures multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities, while optional open-ended prompts uncover values, attitudes and motivators.
