Pre-Employment Test
Purpose: The Front Office Manager test measures behaviors and abilities associated with effective interpersonal interaction and multi-tasking in a cross-functional office administration role. These employees typically act as a central point of contact for a company’s customers and staff. They don’t have supervisory responsibilities but they play a key role. Their job tasks are varied to include communication, computer, and clerical duties, while managing projects and meeting deadlines.
About This Test: This test will take most candidates approximately 40 minutes. It consists of 2 parts:
- An untimed personality assessment
- An untimed General Cognitive Aptitude Test (includes verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)
What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
Target Group: We recommend using this test to help select Office Managers, Front Office Coordinators, Executive and Administrative Assistants, or other Office Administrators who fill key roles but do not supervise employees.
