Pre-Employment Test

Purpose: The General Laborer Test will help you find capable, hard workers for entry level jobs such as prep and set up, equipment cleaning, moving, stocking or assembling product or providing general assistance in a variety of industries and work settings.

When to Use It: This test should be used to hire temporary or permanent, full-time or part-time workers who are reliable, stress-tolerant, and able to get along well with others.

About this Test: The test contains one timed and one untimed part, and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
