Purpose:
When you are seeking your next concierge, hostess, or guest services associate, RA’s Hospitality Worker Tests will help you find candidates who are helpful and decisive. A curated personality profile measures customer-centric behaviors such as enthusiasm, sociability, and trustworthiness. The addition of a timed aptitude component assesses problem-solving, multi-tasking and learning abilities.

A personality + aptitude pre-hire screening created for guest services employees in hotels, resorts and restaurants. It consists of 2 parts:
- An untimed personality assessment targeting behaviors specific to this type of job.
- A timed General Reasoning test
What the Report Gives You:
A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
