Human Resources Assistant / Administrator

Pre-Employment Test

Purpose:

RA’s Human Resources Assistant / Administrator Test is useful for screening potential employees tasked with a variety of HR duties and administrative support functions. Preparing reports, helping with recruiting or onboarding new hires, scheduling interviews, and office-related data entry and employee correspondence are among customary tasks.

The HR Assistant Test should be used to find amiable, detail-minded employees who can effectively problem solve. The most successful candidates will be flexible, trustworthy, able to work alone or collaboratively, and possess the interpersonal skills to interact with employees and HR staff.

About This Test:

This test will take most candidates approximately 30 minutes. It consists of 2 parts:

  • An untimed personality assessment
  • A 12-minute timed General Reasoning Test

What the Report Gives You:

The report provides a graphical display of aptitude and personality trait scores, score interpretation guidance–including a detailed list of strengths and developmental concerns–and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process:

RA’s online personality testing can be done from any device with a reliable internet connection. The use of mobile phones is discouraged. Test results are provided immediately.

Options:

Testing for grammar and spelling skills can provide additional predictive information about your HR Assistant candidate’s writing and proofreading ability. If these skills are crucial to job success we recommend adding RA’s Grammar & Spelling Test to your screening tools: https://resourceassociates.com/tests/grammar-spelling-test/

We recommend using this test for the positions of HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Representative, HR Administrative Assistant, Entry Level Human Resources, HR Associate, Staffing Coordinator, Staffing Specialist and Office Assistant, among other Human Resources support roles.
