Loan Officer Test
Consider this test if you need capable and team-oriented L.O.’s who have great sales and organizational skills.
Pre-Employment Test
Purpose: RA’s Loan Officer Test screens for best-fit employees who will be responsible for evaluating loan documents and selling loan products to your organization’s borrowers, either remotely, over the phone or face-to-face in a banking environment.
About This Test: This test will take most candidates approximately 45-60 minutes. It consists of 2 parts:
- An untimed personality assessment
- An untimed General Cognitive Aptitude Test (includes verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)
What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
