Managerial Personal Style Assessment II Test
Use this Managerial Style Assessment to further evaluate candidate skill with our added open-ended question section.
Purpose: The test identifies candidates with the mental ability to learn quickly, handle a large information load, process information quickly, and make decisions based on complex information. In addition, the test finds candidates who have the leadership qualities necessary to direct the work of others, make decisions efficiently and in an ethical manner, stay on top of his/her department, motivate employees, focus on productivity indices, handle customers well, live up to their obligations, and work hard.
About the Test: This test consists of 3 sections and should take approximately 60-75 minutes to complete:
- An untimed personality assessment
- A test of general cognitive aptitude (equally divided among verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)
- Open-ended statements to which the candidate must type in short answers.
Contrast to other Managerial Style tests: This test costs more than the Managerial Personal Style I test because it includes the open-ended sentence completion section.
What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of scores of areas covered (see chart), explanation of aptitude results, list of strengths and developmental concerns, display of the narrative comments given to the open-ended statements, and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process: Online personality testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
