Purpose: So, your candidates for manager are all well-qualified on paper. But who are they, really? What are they really like? What motivates them to create success for your company and opportunities for growth among the staff? Learn who your candidates are with one of two management style tests that also double as personality tests.

This test identifies candidates with the mental ability to learn quickly, handle a large information load, process information quickly, and make decisions based on complex information. In addition, it finds candidates with the leadership qualities necessary to direct the work of others, make decisions efficiently, motivate employees, focus on productivity, and work hard.

Contrast to Manager II test: This test costs less than the Managerial Personal Style Assessment II Test because it does not include the open-ended sentence completion section.

About the Test: This test has two parts, and takes 75 minutes to complete.

  • An untimed personality assessment
  • A test of general cognitive aptitude (equally divided among verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)

What the Report Gives You: a graphical display of scores of areas covered, explanation of aptitude results, list of strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process: Online personality testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
