Purpose: Our online Massage Therapist Test helps you find great therapists – ones who retain clients and grow your reputation in a positive way. Great Massage Therapists are able to take on vastly different goals simultaneously. Of course they should be skilled at multiple types of massage, but they should also care about helping clients achieve their massage goals. They should be able to communicate and read a client’s preferences during a massage, and clients should want to come back on a recurring basis. They should know how to market themselves – from representing your business in the public, to providing a great customer experience that grows your reputation. This online personality test helps you find these GREAT Massage Therapist candidates.

About the Test: This test is untimed and should take approximately 45-60 minutes to complete. It consists of 2 parts:

• An untimed personality assessment
• A test of general cognitive aptitude (equally divided among verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)

What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of scores of personality traits we measure, an explanation of aptitude results, a list of strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process: Online personality testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
