Eliminate the worry with your next hire. Use this online Medical Billing and Coding Test before hiring. Our online personality and aptitude test also includes an evaluation of their ability in the most commonly-used spreadsheet software, Microsoft Excel.

This test includes a section that evaluates knowledge of Excel 2007 (with the ribbon menus). If you need to test a candidate with an earlier version of Excel (pull down menus), please contact us and we can make that available to you.

About the Test: This test is untimed and should take approximately 60-90 minutes to complete. It consists of 4 parts:

  • A personality test
  • A Basic Math test
  • A test of Excel knowledge
  • A test of general cognitive aptitude (equally divided among verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning).

Testing Process: Online personality testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.

What the Report Gives You: Graphical display of scores, explanation of aptitude results, list of strengths and developmental concerns, display of the narrative comments given to the open-ended statements, and suggested interview questions.
