Pre-Employment Test

Purpose: This test measures a candidate’s familiarity with basic, intermediate and advanced terms and functions related to Microsoft PowerPoint’s presentation program. Test questions tap knowledge areas such as basic PowerPoint terms, commands and functions, slide formatting, and presentation customization. The MS PowerPoint test should be used when employees need experience completing tasks related to creating and giving presentations to internal or external customers.

About the Test: This untimed test consists of 20 questions.

What the Report Gives You: Aptitude scores and interpretation guidance.

High Scorers: People scoring high on the MS PowerPoint Test should be familiar with the terms and functions of the software program, and as a result, require less supervision or training for basic and intermediate tasks.

Low Scorers: People scoring low on the MS PowerPoint Test are likely to have a minimal understanding of the software and need more training and oversight, even for basic tasks and functionality.

Testing Process: Online aptitude testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
