Purpose:
RA’s series of open-ended questions thoroughly assesses a candidate’s attitudes towards work related issues and challenges commonly found in the workplace. Topics of exploration include teamwork, company rules & regs and work-life balance, as well as items geared towards factors that influence motivation and job satisfaction. The narrative format also provides insight into a candidate’s writing ability, including proper use of grammar, spelling and attention to detail.

What the Report Gives You:
The candidates’ transcribed and unaltered responses in a narrative format. No character limits apply.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
Options:
Use these tests as stand alone screening options or add them to a targeted aptitude or best fit personality test.
