Personal Style I (Personality Only) Assessment Test

Use the PSI if you cannot find an exact match for the job you seek to fill. This all-purpose test has been validated across a wide range of settings and outcomes.

Pre-Employment Test



Purpose: This online assessment includes a basic set of personality trait suitable for evaluating candidates going into a wide variety of positions. In general, this tests for someone who is moral and has a strong work ethic, is easy to get along with, assertive, enjoys teamwork and is a team player.

About This Test: This test will take most candidates approximately 20-30 minutes. It consists of 1 part:

  • An untimed personality assessment

What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process:

  • Immediate score report upon completion.
  • Proctoring desirable but not required.
  • The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
