Pre-Employment Test



Purpose: The Production Associate III tests are combination personality & aptitude assessments are designed to help you identify candidates who are emotionally mature, easy to get along with and who demonstrate intelligence for handling mechanical tasks of varying levels of complexity. The most successful hires will be good communicators who are mature, dependable, team-oriented and willing to learn.

About This Test: This test will take most candidates approximately 60-75 minutes. It consists of 4 parts:

  • An untimed personality assessment
  • A 15-minute timed Math for Industry Test
  • A 20-minute timed Mechanical Reasoning Test
  • A 16-minute timed Reading Comprehension Test

What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process:

  • Immediate score report upon completion.
  • Proctoring desirable but not required.
  • The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
