Project Coordinator Test

This personality + aptitude test helps discover adaptable, organized candidates with first-rate interpersonal skills.

Pre-Employment Test

Purpose and When to Use It: RA’s Project Coordinator Test is useful for screening potential employees whose primary responsibilities are planning and organizing short or long-term projects with a focus on task, communication, time, and budget management. The Project Coordinator Test should be used to find personable but assertive multi-taskers who are flexible, perseverant, detail-minded employees who can see projects through to completion. The most successful candidates will also be good time managers, able to work alone or collaboratively and possess superior interpersonal skills.

About the Test: This test takes most individuals 30-40 minutes to complete and includes 2 sections:

  • A untimed personality assessment
  • An untimed test of General Cognitive Aptitude (includes verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)

Target group: We recommend using this test for the positions of Project Manager (non-supervisory), Assistant Project Manager, Project Administrator, Contract Administrator, or Administrative Assistants with special project responsibilities in the technology, health care, government, education, retail, construction and manufacturing sectors.

What the Report Gives You: The report provides a graphical display of aptitude and personality trait scores, score interpretation guidance–including a detailed list of strengths and developmental concerns–and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process: RA’s online personality testing can be done from any device with a reliable internet connection. The use of mobile phones is discouraged. Test results are provided immediately.
