Psychometric Personality and Aptitude Test
This all-purpose, “personal style” test with aptitude has been validated across a wide range of jobs.
Pre-Employment Test
Purpose: The Psychometric Personality Test with Cognitive Aptitude is an “all-purpose” test for use in a variety of industries and work settings.
When to use it: Use this test when you are seeking intelligent, ethical and hard-working employees with good people skills who can solve problems and learn quickly. This test is appropriate for hiring temporary or permanent, full time or part time workers.
About this Test: This test is untimed and should take approximately 40-60 minutes to complete. It consists of 2 parts:
- A personality test
- A test of general cognitive aptitude (equally divided among verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)
What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of trait scores, aptitude scores and score interpretations, a list of strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process: Online personality testing can be done from any device with a reliable internet connection. The use of mobile phones is discouraged. Test results are provided immediately.
