Psychometric Personality Test

This all-purpose, “personal style” test has been validated across a wide range of jobs.

Pre-Employment Test

Purpose: RA’s Psychometric Personality Test includes a set of traits suitable for evaluating candidates going into a wide variety of positions. In general, this tests screens for someone who is trustworthy, dependable, easy to get along with, team-oriented and open to new ideas, with a strong work ethic.

About This Test: This test will take most candidates approximately 20-30 minutes. It consists of 1 part:

  • An untimed personality assessment

What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process:

  • Immediate score report upon completion.
  • Proctoring desirable but not required.
  • The use of mobile phones is discouraged.

Options: If the position also requires problem solving, multi-tasking and critical thinking skills, consider add a measure of cognitive ability. RA’s Personal Style II includes personality + aptitude and can be found here:
