Security Guard Test

Pre-Employment Test
Purpose: This security guard test will help you identify people who will be diligent, hard working, reliable, come across as cordial and polite, have the strength of character to handle unruly people while getting them to cooperate without use of force, and are dependable about coming to work every day.
It also assesses if they are not likely to engage in various kinds of ethical misconduct such as rules infractions, internal theft, drug use, or inappropriate show of violence.
About This Test: This test will take most candidates approximately 45 minutes. It consists of 2 parts:
- An untimed personality assessment
- An untimed General Cognitive Aptitude Test (includes verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)
What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
Options: For companies requiring armed or unarmed guard certification, you can supplement the Security Guard Test with an additional test screening for psychopathology, combined with a clinical psychologist interview and recommendation report. Target Group: Recommended for unarmed or armed security guards, corrections officers or as a supplement to law enforcement officer pre-employment testing.
