It also shows the mental acuity and sharpness of a candidate for this role. It can be used in many markets, including but not limited to HVAC, Appliances, Home Security, Communications, and more.

Successful hires happen when you are well-informed about your candidate. Combine results from the Service & Repair Manager Test with resume, references, and interview to get a complete look at the person you might hire!

As with many of Resource Associates’ personality tests, this test will look for patterns in the candidate’s answers that highlight their traits and personality style. It determines their strengths and weaknesses for what expected in the role of a typical Service & Repair Manager.
