Pre-Employment Test
Purpose: The Store Clerk Test assesses a job candidate’s suitability for working with and around customers in a variety of retail store settings. Tasks may include greeting or assisting customers, checkout and bagging, stocking supplies and cleaning, sanitizing and organizing displays.
When to use it: The Store Clerk Test should be used to hire temporary or permanent workers who are highly dependable, customer-oriented, courteous and trustworthy.
About this Test: This test should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. It consists of 2 parts:
- An untimed personality test
- A timed (10 minute) cashier math test.
Target group: We recommend using this test for clerking jobs in gas stations, convenience stores, retail stores, grocery stores, restaurants, and other similar establishments.
What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of trait scores, a list of strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process: Online personality testing can be done from any device with a reliable internet connection. The use of mobile phones is discouraged. Test results are provided immediately.
