This assessment helps identify tech support professionals & application engineers who are bright, capable of learning and manipulating complex information, and can explain things well. They are able to operate the equipment they are trying to demonstrate. The test also helps evaluate if candidates are easy to get along with and slow to anger, willing to adhere to company rules and policies, customer minded and eager to please.

This test will take most candidates approximately 60 minutes. It consists of 3 parts:

  • An untimed personality assessment
  • An untimed General Cognitive Aptitude Test (includes verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)
  • A 20-minute timed Mechanical Reasoning Test

What the Report Gives You:

A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process:

  • Immediate score report upon completion.
  • Proctoring desirable but not required.
  • The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
