Training Manager Test
Hire training managers who can present training programs in an enthusiastic manner and motivate others within an organization.
Pre-Employment Test
Purpose: A Training Manager must have two critical skillsets – the ability to teach others in a way that moves them forward, and management ability. Unfortunately, many people are only strong in one area or the other. The Training Manager Test identifies candidates with both. It finds people with the leadership qualities necessary to direct the work of others, make decisions efficiently, approach their work in an organized manner, motivate employees, and handle relationships well across levels and departments in an organization. The training manager should also be able to take a conceptual perspective of training programs, present training programs in an enthusiastic manner, and work hard to achieve goals.
About This Test: This test will take most candidates approximately 75 minutes. It consists of 3 parts:
- An untimed personality assessment
- An untimed General Cognitive Aptitude Test (includes verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)
- An untimed set of open-ended statements to which the candidate has to type in a short answer
What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, an explanation of aptitude results, a display of narrative responses given to the open-ended statements, and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
