When to Use It: The Work from home/Telecommuting test should be used when employees must be able to multi-task, learn on their own and work independently, with minimal supervision. This test is appropriate to use when looking to hire full-time or part-time professional or hourly staff for a variety of organizations.
About the Test: This test should take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. It consists of 2 parts:
- An untimed personality test
- A test of general cognitive aptitude (equally divided among verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)
