Purpose: If you are an employer trying to find high-performing candidates to work remotely, our Work from Home/Telecommuting test will help you identify hard-working, trustworthy and dependable people who will represent your company in a professional way.
When to Use It: The Work from Home/Telecommuting test should be used when employees must be able to adapt, learn on their own and work independently, with minimal supervision. This test is appropriate to use when looking to hire full-time or part-time professional or hourly staff for a variety of organizations.
About this Test: This is an untimed personality test. It takes approximately 15 – 20 minutes to complete.
Target Group: We recommend using this test for positions such as account managers, analysts, compliance specialists, educators, virtual assistants, remote medical or office staff, administrative and data entry positions, or for any part-time or full-time job which can be reliably and successfully done from a remote location.
What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of trait scores, a list of strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process: Online personality testing can be done from any device with a reliable internet connection. The use of mobile phones is discouraged. Test results are provided immediately.
