Purpose:

If so, then the Patient Care Consultant Test will help you determine if they have the interpersonal sensitivity and sales skills to ensure that customers’ needs are met, your company reputation is enhanced, and your business is profitable. People in these roles also have to do a lot of clerical tasks so the test will give you insights into their capacity to be an efficient member of the team.
About This Test:
This test will take most candidates approximately 60-90 minutes. It consists of 5 parts:
- An untimed personality assessment
- An untimed Basic Math Skills I – Arithmetic Test
- An untimed General Cognitive Aptitude Test (includes verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning)
- An untimed Grammar & Spelling Test
- A 7-minute timed Perceptual Speed & Accuracy Test
What the Report Gives You:
A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
