Pre-Employment Test
Purpose:
RA’s Extruder Operator test will help you identify candidates with the mechanical sense to work safely around complex manufacturing equipment, the ability to learn from training classes and on-the-job experience, and the skill to spot defects in extruded products. In addition, the test determines if the candidate is easy to get along with, works cooperatively with others on the team, and behaves in a stable and dependable manner.
About This Test:
This test will take most candidates approximately 60 minutes. It consists of 4 parts:
- An untimed personality assessment
- A 15-minute timed Math for Industry Test
- A 20-minute timed Mechanical Reasoning Test
- A 6-minute timed Visual Inspection Test
What the Report Gives You:
A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
