Pre-Employment Test
Purpose:
Hiring competent, personable, and dedicated production workers can be very difficult. But it does not have to be as hard with some preparation in knowing who your candidates are. This online aptitude and personality test helps you identify production associates who are easy to get along with, work cooperatively with others on the team, have the intelligence for handling complicated mechanical tasks, are stable and dependable, communicate well, and work hard.
About This Test:
This test will take most candidates approximately 90 minutes. It consists of 6 parts:
- An untimed personality assessment
- A 5-minute timed 3D Spatial Reasoning Test
- A 15-minute timed Math for Industry Test
- A 20-minute timed Mechanical Reasoning Test
- A 20-minute timed Pattern Series / Abstract Reasoning Test
- A 16-minute timed Reading Comprehension Test
What the Report Gives You:
A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.
Testing Process:
- Immediate score report upon completion.
- Proctoring desirable but not required.
- The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
